Mel Harmon is licensed by the State of Tennessee as a general contractor.  He is a member of the Maryville-Alcoa Homebuilders Association, as well as a member of the National Homebuilders Association.  He maintains workman’s compensation, general liability, builder’s risk, and all necessary qualifications to carry our any construction project, regardless of size.
